I love smoothies- because they’re great for easy meal replacement and you can easily fit in a whole bunch of good stuff (protein, healthy fat, nutrients etc) into a delicious smoothie.

I particularly love this smoothie because it’s super chocolatey, rich and delicious- while being a good source of antioxidants and healthy fat. The cocoa powder is natural, and comes right from the cocoa bean so it’s rich in heart and brain healthy nutrients, and together with the berries adds lots of antioxidants that are also good for mood-balancing and brain health too. This smoothie is quick and easy to make and can be a great breakfast or snack.
