A tasty smoothie is always refreshing and satisfying, especially when it has chocolate in it too! This smoothie is both heart and brain healthy due to the greens and healthy fat (almonds), and it’s also likely to help you satisfy your sweet tooth too (also always a GREAT thing!).
If you want the consistency to be thicker you can add extra ingredients- like either 1/3 avocado or ½ banana- and if you want the smoothie slightly sweeter you can also add 1 date to the mixture or 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey.
Try having this smoothie as a meal replacement or have half of it as a snack- it’s super yummy, so the only issue you’ll have is trying not to have too much of it!!
